Our Consultants work as part of a team rather than competing against each other for ‘sales’ and commission. They are specialists in their field with a minimum of five years HR recruitment experience. Their knowledge and understanding of local organisations, industry sectors and the HR market ensures that our clients get introduced to the best candidates for their HR vacancies.
As experts we are also able to provide valuable advice and guidance with devising job and person descriptions, interview methodology (including competency based interviewing), testing and personality profiling.
We recruit for all HR jobs ranging from HR Assistant to HR Director and HR Business Partner, as well as more specialist areas – HR Consultant, HR Advisor, Learning & Development Consultant, Learning & Development Advisor, HR Manager, Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Advisor, Recruitment Co-ordinator and many others.
Alex is a leading authority on HR Recruitment and enjoys providing exceptional candidates as well as complimentary employment law updates and HR related focus groups for senior HR professionals. Alex has recruited for top UK companies and has worked for some of the country’s leading recruitment agencies.
Finance & Strategy
Joint founder of Diversity HR, Christine has over 30 years of business experience. This has allowed Christine to bring a wealth of recruitment and project management skills to Diversity HR. She is now responsible for Diversity HR’s financial and strategic planning.
Jemma is passionate about recruitment and thrives on finding the right roles for candidates whilst supporting them through the process. Jemma has over fifteen years’ experience within Internal Recruitment, Project Management, Marketing and People Management. Her skill set allows her to build good working relationships with clients and candidates. Jemma covers West Sussex, Kent, Surrey and Essex.
Laura has many years of experience working as an HR Professional with a keen interest in internal recruitment. This led to her joining Diversity HR where she enjoys partnering with our clients and building relationships with candidates, in order to ultimately achieve a successful recruitment process. Whether she talks to experienced HR professionals or those wishing to enter the HR space, her approach is bespoke, friendly and professional.
Issy has an administration background and expertly manages our database and supports all of our Consultants. She also manages candidate registrations for HR Administrators and Co-ordinators and provides the foundation for all marketing activity. Issy builds great relationships with candidates and is always available for help and support.
